If you are feeling like everything is falling apart... you aren’t wrong.

Remember You Asked for This.

You’ve been wishing for a new start that runs deeper than the surface. A rebrand of your life that goes beyond aesthetics and can lead you to your purpose.

This is why you feel differently this time. You may even feel uncomfortable or feel like you are “going a little crazy.” You are finally stepping into life long transformation that is destined to stick! You have prayed for a new start, but remember that in order for substantial change to occur, oftentimes things must fall apart to come back together.

Your strength and faith are being tested, but your desire for more has carried you to this point. Don’t doubt that you can carry yourself to the finish line.

You May Feel Like You are Going a Little Crazy...

No more gaslighting yourself. Do you feel like you’re losing your grip or like you’re walking in a life that no longer feels like your own? Are habitual patterns and conversations, ingrained behaviors, and even certain relationships you have with yourself and others leaving much to be desired? Then ask yourself a few questions and be kind to yourself when reflecting.

What made you believe you could be comfortable in a life that reflects an old version of you? How can you express excitement and preparation for your new start rather than fear, confusion and rejection? Let all the crazy things you are feeling inspire you to take a deeper look at what is being phased out of your life and why.

It Will Get Easier.

Remember, this is the shift you asked for and the vision you’ve been working towards.

Cheers to you for saying, “enough is enough! I’ve got to go and get mine!” Your fearlessness and determination have attracted the current storm you are navigating. Yes, it is tough. And yes, you are right, it isn’t an ideal time for everything to be turned on its head. Things should be easier and the support you are seeking should be more accessible. But, oftentimes our expectations and reality do not align. Your innate desire to change reveals that you are already worthy of a new start. Let’s instead lean into the idea that God, the Universe, Source, or Spirit thinks very highly of you. And what if this time you intentionally chose to believe in who God knows you to be? This is how you will begin to master this season with intention, just as you’ve mastered many others. (That’s right, you’ve done this before!)

Before doubting if this is really your breakthrough (because it absolutely is), give yourself the benefit of conviction.

Just Say “Yes.”

Surrender to the change that is taking place. Accept that you are worthy of what you desire. When life says adjust, make the adjustment from a place of conviction rather than comfort. Learning to adapt and embrace change is like learning any other important life skill. It becomes less of a daunting experience and instead becomes an opportunity for growth the more you say, “yes!”.

Remember to still honor your emotions throughout the process. Let your emotions serve as a means to stay mindful and present in the moment, rather than an invitation to crash out or make rash decisions. You can feel the feels but always return to the facts - that you are right where you need to be.

Final Thoughts.

Lead with confidence in your abilities rather than in the fear of the unknown.

Rely on nurturing your mental and spiritual health to keep your mind clear.

Be patient, focus on your goals and reflect on the ways in which you are being prepared for major change and why.
